When we undertake this type of service, we apply accounting and financial reporting expertise to assist our clients in the presentation of financial information, but we do not seek to obtain or provide any assurance that there are no material modifications that should be made to the financial statements. As the term suggests, data from your records will be compiled into a summarized financial statement, so as to satisfy internal managerial needs and the inquiries of external parties (e.g. banks, creditors, bonding agents, potential purchasers).
